KARALYN‘S MALTESE DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

You are agreeing to purchase a pet quality puppy (no show guarantee), and today are placing a $100.00 CASH, non-refundable deposit on this puppy.

This deposit will hold your puppy until it is old enough to be placed into your home.

You are aware that this puppy is not being sold for show or breeding purposes and must be spayed/neutered before the age of 9 months old to validate said warrantee.

If for some unknown reason you should decide to cancel this purchase agreement, it is understood by you the purchaser, that this $100.00 CASH deposit is non-refundable to you the purchaser. The breeder will keep the deposit money for her time invested, as well as costs of reselling the puppy.

If for any reason this puppy should become "un-sellable" at the stated purchase price before placement, (most likely because of sickness or death) your deposit will be refunded in full, and all contracts, agreements, warrantees, etc, will become null and void. Even though it is HIGHLY unlikely, the breeder of this puppy does reserve the right to cancel this agreement. (Full refund would be given)
